1. Charging Port Condition & Connectors
Inspect the CCS2 or Type-2 charging port for signs of arcing, heat discoloration, or physical pin damage. Plug in the home charger to confirm immediate handshake and charging initiation.
2. Range Display vs Real Mileage Consistency
Drive the vehicle over a 10–15 km test loop. Compare the odometer distance driven against the remaining estimated range on the instrument cluster to ensure predictable discharge behavior.
3. Regenerative Braking & Suspension Response
Test all regenerative braking levels. The deceleration should be smooth and predictable without shuddering or warning lamps illuminating on the dash.
