Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of the JUST.EV marketplace platform for buying, selling, researching, and comparing electric vehicles in India.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or utilizing any feature of JUST.EV (operated by JUST EV Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Marketplace Role & Zero Brokerage
JUST.EV operates an online technology platform connecting independent sellers and prospective buyers of electric vehicles (cars, two-wheelers, and commercial EVs).
• Direct Transactions: All purchases, price negotiations, vehicle inspections, and RC transfers occur directly between the buyer and the seller.
• Zero Brokerage: JUST.ev charges zero broker fees or hidden commissions on direct private seller listings.
3. Vehicle Listing Requirements
Users submitting vehicles for sale on JUST.EV represent and warrant that:
- They are the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized dealer.
- All vehicle information, including odometer reading, manufacturing year, battery condition, and service history, is accurate and truthful.
- The vehicle is a 100% electric vehicle (EV) eligible for listing in accordance with JUST.EV guidelines.
- Uploaded photographs are genuine pictures of the exact vehicle offered for sale.
- The listing contains no fraudulent, offensive, or misleading claims.
4. Buyer Due Diligence & Inspections
While JUST.EV conducts digital verification of listings, buyers are strongly advised to perform independent physical inspections, battery state-of-health (SoH) diagnostic checks, and verify legal ownership/RTO hypothecation clearance before releasing funds to any seller.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, comparison algorithms, EMI calculators, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of JUST EV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Vehicle brand trademarks (such as Tata, Mahindra, Ather, Ola, MG, TVS, Bajaj) belong to their respective registered owners and are used strictly for informational model identification.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of JUST.EV shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
